Why did you build your product? I'll go first...

Question

I built cxful design system for multiple reasons -

1. Most design systems we bought to design our client websites, were just the leftover of web and mobile apps design system. Nothing specific to the needs of a website's design.

2. Most other design systems were so complicated to manage that making our designs from scratch took lesser time. Opposite of what a design system is supposed to do.

3. We had already built it for our client projects. We just had to polish it, make it cover all aspects for a Figma website designer and release it for everyone.

I first build ShowNotes - short for Show [your] Notes - for myself. I strongly believe in Linus's (creator of Linux) approach to problem-solving. Solve a problem that you need for personal use cases and might be worth something for someone else.
