What makes someone great at their field?

Learning and applying those things in their field, some research and contributions as well. It depends on the field – because in some areas there are not many things to observe (like marketing), but when speaking neuroscience... we know maybe 20 % (?) of things how our brain works (and we need to observe the rest – 80%)... maybe if we understand neuroscience, later we will be able to better understand marketing and other behavioural "sciences" that stands on the knowledge of our brain. So the area of our knowledge would be much broader.

@busmark_w_nika Yea I feel like applying knowledge is really important. I also agree that we still have a lot of unsolved research in society.

@cristian_stoian_urzica Thirst for new learning is definitely important. One field contains a lot of sub fields.
Becoming great in any field is like leveling up in a video game – it takes dedication, practice, and a few extra lives (and maybe some coffee). So, equip your skillset, power-up your knowledge, and conquer those boss challenges like a pro!
