Pre-seed Investment

Hi there, I am designing a multi-tenant file management with role-based authorization as a SaaS platform. The target niche market is Human Resources and Talent Management. I need to reach an investor who will be potentially the co-founder of the company. With the pre-seed investment, the company will be launched and begin to be executed. Also, the followings will be supplied * Linux based computer * Usual office consumables * Annual payment for online server use * Designer, i.e. front-end developer (rather at later stage with further investment) This will be the basic product of the company. The exclusivity of the product is the fact that the product will function based on the needs of the clients. Further product of the company will be 3-D virtual office environment that people can have online meetings like if in real office environments.
