Usetiful's product update in March created a favorable impression on me. The tool looks very user/builder-friendly.
These are the features that I liked the most:
a) A published banner does not have to rely on a page reload for it to appear.
b) On User Profiles, you can import your users in bulk, through an Excel file. You can do the same for Segmentation too.
c) Localized versions of the same tour/content is a great feature! The removal of any duplication effort is a pleasant consideration for builders!
d) Branding guidelines, including the resolution size for each graphic, is very user-friendly.
Usetiful provides great value for money, and the free plan is quite generous.
